We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our jewelry. Our Peace of Mind Policy is two-fold:

If you are not delighted with your selection, you may make an exchange or return the selection within two weeks of receipt for a full refund, provided pieces have not been damaged or worn. Please contact us at info@alissamichellejewelry.com with any questions.

If any piece is in need of repair within 6 months of purchase (based on normal usage), we will happily repair it for you. Simply contact us at info@alissamichellejewelry.com and describe the needed repair. Some materials charges may apply. Be mindful that your jewelry is delicate and can break. Take care of your investment and your jewelry should last for years.

For exchanges and returns, please wrap and ship your item in its original packaging. For exchanges, please include an additional US $5.00 for postage of your new item. You are responsible for payment of postage on your exchange or return.

Jewelry Care Tips:

• To prevent metal from tarnishing due to exposure to air, wrap your jewelry with a soft cloth and place in a sealed container, jewelry box or jewelry pouch when it's not being worn.
• Non-tarnish strips also help to slow the natural tarnishing process. Check with any jewelry store or look for the 3M brand.
• Take off your jewelry before sleeping, showering or swimming.
