Orders

To place an order, please email info@alissamichellejewelry.com with the names and prices of the pieces you would like. Through PayPal you can pay securely with any major credit or debit card. See our Gifts page for more information about gift certificates in any amount.

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of your processed payment unless you are contacted otherwise. Purchases will not be shipped until your payment has cleared. Your jewelry will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service (insured with delivery confirmation). FedEx is also available if this is more convenient for you, in which case we ask that you state this at the time of your purchase. At this time, shipments outside the continental United States may incur extra charges.

We aim to describe and represent each piece in an accurate fashion. Please be aware that different monitors render color in different ways, and therefore the color of a piece can only be approximated. Also note that all stones will naturally vary to some degree in color, size and shape. Each piece is truly unique. Please contact us with any questions before you order.

Special Orders

Earrings can be made to match most bracelets and necklaces. Just ask!

We welcome custom orders. If there is something that we don't offer on the site that you would like (i.e. special size, color, design), or you would like to modify an existing design, please contact us at info@alissamichellejewelry.com with a description of your request. Depending on how complicated the change is, we may or may not need to charge extra.

We also accept commissions of designs upon request and have donated to charity auctions in the past. Contact us at info@alissamichellejewelry.com with requests.
